LIABILITY WAIVERÂ
In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executor, and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights to claims or damages I may have against the St. Theresa's College Alumni Association its directors, officers, sponsors, event organizers, volunteers, race officials, and all parties involved with this event. I attest to being fully prepared/trained and fit to participate and have full knowledge of the risks involved. I also give my permission for the free use of my name(s), photo and/or voice in any broadcast, telecast, print account or any other account in any medium of this event for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to the Sponsors.Â
 AGREEMENT
BY SUBMITTING MY APPLICATION, I ACKNOWLEDGE HAVING READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE. If under the age of 18, I declare that I have my parent or guardian’s consent to participate in this event and that they have read and agreed to the above stipulations in my behalf.Â

RUN MECHANICSÂ
1) Race Kit distribution will start at 4:00am and will strictly ​close at 6:00am.
2)Â Thereafter, the event organizers shall ask all the participants to convene at the starting line for the short program, announcement of rules and for the warm up exercises.Â
3) Heats will be identified by Race Bib color.​Â
4)Â Gun Start:
·     Gun start for the first heat ​will strictly be at 6:00am.
·     ​Gun start for the second heat will strictly be at 6:20am.
·     Gun start for the third heat will strictly be at 6:40am.Â
5)Â On the gun start, the starting line rope shall be released by assigned marshals to indicate the start of the fun run. Marshals will be at designated points on the route and shall serve as route markers.
6)Â Water stations will be available on the indicated portions of the route.Â
7)Â First aid station will be available and first aiders will be on stand-by .
8) Marshals patrolling the route are in charge to assess the participants’ conditions. People who can no longer run will be transported back to the first aid station or to the fun run HQ.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1)Â The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event without notice, should they consider this necessary for safety reasons. However, the organizers will exert all means to post prior notice, whenever possible, at the race website for any change to the event details or cancellation of the event due to inclement weather.Â
2) Each participant will run on the approved course as directed, will not accept outside assistance and will accept the Head Marshal’s decision as final.Â
3)Â The organizers have the right to reject or cancel any entry at any time.Â
4)Â Supporters are not allowed to follow the runners. There are designated areas for the supporters/audience.Â
5) Dogs and or other pets are NOT permitted to accompany the runners.​
